We hired Terry and Angi to help us with granite in our existing kitchen. They did an amazing job! Angi was by our side every step of the way. We had a few issues with the granite yard here and there and Angi spent countless hours of her time, without us even being aware, straightening things out! The Inmans are fantastic people who truly care about their customers! Every time we walk into our home we are so happy that we made the changes. Terry and Angi make you feel like part of their family. Our kitchen has been complete for a year now and we still touch base here and there just to stay connected. Any other remodeling we have done in our home would definitely be done by the Inmans!

We were about to build our first house, albeit a custom built house. The task seemed very overwhelming at first, so many decisions to make. Terry and Angi couldn’t have been more helpful. They both guided us in making decisions on exterior and interior elements of the house. They were very present throughout construction. Angi was always willing to meet with us when we picked out appliances, flooring, tile, etc. When we called or emailed her with questions, she would get an answer immediately. Our family wanted to take this time to thank Inman Custom Homes for a fantastic job on recently completed renovations to our home. They were able to help us transform our home into an environment that was accessible for our son that uses a wheelchair. After our first conversation with Terry and Angi, we felt confident that they were the right decision for our family and now we have a beautiful, fully handicapped bathroom with roll in shower, large bedroom and an elevator from the basement to the second floor. This has allowed our son the independence that he needs to function like the rest of us. Along with our renovations came other projects that we decided to add in such as new tile around our fireplace, hardwood floors and carpeting. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and our son is thrilled with the changes.
Sometimes the thought of renovating a home seems like such an overwhelming process, but I can honestly say the Inman’s were easy to work with and made this a smooth transition in our lives. They helped us with decorating ideas and their attention to detail and craftsmanship were beyond our expectation. We felt very comfortable with the workers that were at our home. When looking for the right builder for our dream home, we had three criteria to work from: quality, experience and trustworthiness. We investigated a dozen custom builders in the greater Cincinnati area and found Inman Custom Homes in the hope that they would fit all three perfectly. They exceeded our expectations. Our experience purchasing a new home built by Terry Inman was excellent.
It was quite fortuitous that we ended up buying our new home. The construction of this house was nearly complete when we found it. We met Terry for the first time while we walked through and he showed us different features that he had incorporated into the house. Many of the features and designs that we had discussed with an architect (in planning a completely new home) were things that Terry had already incorporated into this house. We loved the open floor plan, large kitchen and pantry, as well as the unique architectural features throughout the house. Its easy to see Terry’s background in carpentry reflected into the house. Fine details in moldings, arches and columns demonstrate that he appreciates those details and takes pride in the houses that he builds. The quality of the workmanship is also evident the longer we live in our home. Over these first few months, its also been very reassuring that Terry has been quick to respond to any questions or minor issues that have popped up. We can confidently state that he will stand behind his homes and that he wants to keep his homebuyers happy for the long run.
Overall, this move has been as painless and seamless as could be expected. The fact that we moved into a new home that meets all of our family’s needs, is beautiful and soundly constructed in all aspects made it a winning proposition all around. For our retirement, after having owned four previous homes, we drew plans that required extensive modifications from the norm to accommodate ourselves and my handicapped parents. Terry addressed our requests and we easily came to agreement on everything. Terry was at the job site daily, many times doing the physical work himself. Some changes were made during construction with Terry always doing whatever was necessary to satisfy us. During construction, also, Angie accompanied us to suppliers and contractors to assure that we were properly handled and satisfied with choices of cabinetry, countertops, appliances, plumbing and lighting fixtures, carpeting, tile, doors, and paint and stain options. The Inman’s were available 24/7 by cell phone, even on weekends while away on vacation. To say that we are 100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship and materials and the attention to our needs and requests is an understatement. This was our first time building a home and we would do it again tomorrow with Terry and Angi Inman. We had heard horrific stories from friends and acquaintances about their experiences with different builders, and at first we were nervous and extremely cautious.

We hired the Inmans at the recommendation of the realtor who sold us the house. The first engagement was to move the kitchen from the front of the house to the back of the house (which is evidently where they are supposed to be :). The job was complicated, involving draftsmen, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, making a sliding glass door into a window and making a window into French Doors with a new deck, and more. Every night after the crew left, Terry was in there with the shopvac and trash cans cleaning everything up; he knew we had to live in the house and made sure it was as positive an experience as possible. Now, we have a big beautiful kitchen overlooking the backyard, and where the kitchen used to be is a mud room, powder and my new office.
Terry Inman and his crew do the work and Angi Inman creates the quotes and helps with the schedules. Angi's quotes are 100% solid, if the cost of the job changes (in our case due to us picking more expensive finishings), Angi will tell you ahead of time and let you decide how to proceed. We were so happy with the kitchen, we brought them back in to remodel both upstairs bathrooms. Their 'tile guy' is a true artist and our custom baths are as awesome as the kitchen.
While they were at it (either kitchen or bath jobs), we had them rebuild our chimney, replace the iron porch supports with nice columns, replace the old vinyl siding with new siding and trim, and do some other maintenance and repair work around the house. I have plans for them this summer too! Overall, everything was great.

We have built several houses and considered ourselves fairly knowledgeable but Terry and Angi expertly guided us through each of the renovation steps. They provide continual communication so that there is plenty of time for decisions, but more importantly, they are close enough to the actual project so they are able to advise the pros-and-cons of materials, products, maintenance, etc. We were very pleased with the outcome of our renovation.
